Because of good timing, we were able to catch a soccer match of LA Galaxy versus Real Madrid at the Rose Bowl. My brother, Moses, was in town to catch the game with Fernando and me. Paloma had the pleasure of being babysat by my parents and aunt and uncle (Score!). This comes hot off the heels of Spain's World Cup Victory, which made the game that much more anticipated.

It took us over two hours to get inside the Rose Bowl from Westminster to Pasadena. In other words, I hate LA traffic and Rose Bowl parking!
Get your drinks! Hold on, 9 bucks for a cup of beer. Inflation!
A sold out crowd. In soccer..in America? That's 90,000 spectators. Hmmm.

The star of the show clearly was...
Cristiano Ronaldo! Why? Because he's a Greek god with overwaxed eyebrows. Every time he touched the ball, LA-LA landers went wild.
