We've also been going to childbirth classes every Monday, and the first hour consists of pregnancy and labor exercises which have helped me TONS. No more hip pain since I do these exercises every day. The only problems I have are sleeping at night (probably too much worrying too), and catching my breath if we're out and about. But that depends on the day also. The more I learn about the female body and what happens during the delivery, the more at ease I am with childbirth. Please keep us in your prayers as the countdown to the big day approaches.

Will keep you guys in our prayers. You look fantastic Justine! Glad to hear the exercises help relive the pain. This last month of pregnancy can be very uncomfortable on the body. I'm sure you will do just fine with the labor and delivery.
